At Aarudhra Holidays, we strive to offer a smooth and reliable travel experience. However, due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy as outlined below:
1. Advance Payment is Non-Refundable
All advance payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable, as they are used to reserve the vehicle and block the date for your service.
2. Cancellations
- If a cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time, the service can be rescheduled based on availability, but no refund will be provided.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip will be considered as last-minute cancellations, and no rescheduling or refund will be possible.
3. No-Show Policy
If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pickup time and location without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
4. Service Changes or Delays
- Aarudhra Holidays is not responsible for delays or service changes caused by weather conditions, road closures, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- In such cases, we will try our best to offer alternate arrangements, but refunds will not be issued.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is applicable under exceptional circumstances (at our discretion), it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
