Cab Availability All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Please confirm availability with us before proceeding with payment.
Fixed Itinerary Each tour package follows a fixed itinerary. Kindly review all details before booking. Changes or deviations during the trip will not be accommodated.
Usage Timings Cabs are available from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Ensure your sightseeing is planned within this time. Additional time requests are not permitted.
Pickup & Drop Charges For hotel pickups and drops beyond 3 km from Ooty Bus Stand, additional charges will be applicable.
Advance Payment A 10% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. This advance is non-refundable, as it is used to reserve your cab.
Balance Payment The remaining balance can be paid either before the trip begins or handed over to our driver at the time of boarding the vehicle.
No Sightseeing in Transfers Pickup and drop services (e.g., Coimbatore, Mysore) are strictly point-to-point and do not include sightseeing unless specifically mentioned.
Driver-Cum-Guide Our drivers also serve as basic local guides. While not professional tour guides, they will assist you with directions and sightseeing information.
